  • The latest data from SQIM Research that shows that the average vacancy rate across the eight capital cities is currently 2.1%, compared to 2.3% a year ago.

  • Why Brisbane is the big improver in lower vacancy rates due to a rise in interstate migration as well as a peak in unit completions.
